Lisa is a popular student and minor character at James Woods Regional High School, she is also a lackey and friend to cheerleader, Connie DiMico. She can most likely be seen following Connie around, or bullying Meg by herself. Lisa's first appearance is in Let's Go To The Hop, when Meg finds her doing Toad behind the school with Connie and others. She is seen later in the episode bullying Meg for not doing Toad. Lisa is seen again in And the Wiener is..., when Her, Connie, and others taunt Meg. Her only line in the episode is "Wanna go feed the Science Club after school?..." She is seen later in the episode at Connie's Birthday party. In the episode A Fish out of Water, she is seen at Spring Break with Connie and their friends. Lisa is also seen many times in other episodes, mostly likely with Connie when she's humiliating Meg. Such episodes as Barely Legal, Peter's Daughter, and its revealed in McStroke that she has as MySpace page.

Lisa is primarily voiced by Alex Borstein, but in the episode McStroke she is voiced by Nicole Sullivan.
