Luke was Brian's owner when he was a puppy, as seen in "Road to Rhode Island" with his wife Betty. He carried Brian away from his litter in a flashback seen in the episode. They stuffed Brian's mother Biscuit and used her as a table after her death. He is voiced by Brian Doyle-Murray.
