Luke was Meg Griffin's jailbird boyfriend. He appears in "Dial Meg for Murder". He is in prison for robbing a grocery store, and not expected to get out for another fourteen years, until he briefly escapes. He is discovered and caught by Joe at the Griffin home and Meg gets sent to prison for aiding him.

He is voiced by Chace Crawford.
