Majel Barrett-Roddenberry (born Majel Leigh Hudec; Feburary 23, 1932-December 18, 2008) was the voice of the ship's computer in the TV series Star Trek and was also seen in several episodes as Nurse Chapel, Dr. McCoy's assistant who was secretly in love with Mr. Spock. She was also a recurring character on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as Lwaxana Troi. She was also the wife of Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry.

In "Emission Impossible", she was the voice of Stewie Griffin's sperm-destroying ship's computer.
