McShooty's is a police bar where the police department gathers to honor Joe Swanson for the biggest drug bust in Quahog in "Internal Affairs". Quagmire believes the bartender to be a tough lady, but when he makes an off-color remark she bursts into tears. Joe meets Nora there where she admits he is her hero and kisses him.

With all of the police at the bar, Quagmire wonders who is taking care of the city. A cutaway reveals Consuela stopping traffic to clean the street.
