Moise, the low-energy Bar Mitzvah clown is used by Peter Griffin in a cutaway gag in "Brian's Play" when he notes that shows in Quahog usually suck.
Moise pulls a quarter of his jacket, claiming that he pulled it out of a boy's ear before placing it back in his jacket and walks off to take a nap on the coats.
Moise is voiced by Alec Sulkin.
