Mon Mothma was an important political figure from the waning days of the Galactic Republic, one of the founders of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, and the first Chief of State of the New Republic in the Star Wars franchise. Her sole film appearance was Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi.

In It's A Trap!, Mothma was played by Angela. Angela's voice actress, Carrie Fisher, played Princess Leia in the actual original trilogy.
