A talking male cow, who is imprisoned in the McBurgertown headquarters and slaughterhouse. He mentions that the cows call the salughterhouse 'Dacow', which Mr. Cow acknowledges as a dark joke; the name being an obvious take on Dachau Concentration Camp. Peter and Brian break him out so he can testify publicly of the atrocities that are occurring there, including the murder of his "beloved wife". After the publicity was over, the cow hoped to stay with the Griffins, but Peter and Lois feel that would be too large a burden.

So far Mr Cow has only appeared in the episode McStroke. It is extremely unlikely that he will ever be seen again because his voice actor has passed away.
