Mr. Sulu is an Asian man who has a liking for other men, especially Peter. In Stewie Loves Lois he is seen several times showing an interest in other men, saying "Hell-o" in a suggestive manner. He takes such an interest in Peter, that he crawls up his anus, resulting in prostate trouble for Peter.
Based on the Star Trek character Lieutenant Sulu, Mr Sulu is making fun of the actor who played the character, George Takei, and his recent announcement of being gay.
