Mr. Zucchini Head was a toy idea pitched by Peter Griffin seen in the episode "The King Is Dead". Mr. Weed and the board of directors of the Happy-Go-Lucky Toy Factory believed the toy was a poor idea, Mr. Weed took it for himself. Its shoes and condom-shaped hat may be a reference to a penis, however it is a direct ripoff of Mr. Potato Head.
