Mrs. Lockhart makes her first appearance in Fast Times at Buddy Cianci High replacing former substitute teacher Brian Griffin. Upon first meeting Mrs. Lockhart Chris Griffin immediately falls in love and attempts to win over Mrs. Lockhart by being spontaneous via "Naked Spaceman". Mrs. Lockhart uses this as an advantage and tries to convince Chris to kill her husband. Chris however decides that the whole situation would be much easier if she divorced her husband and went to live with him in the fort under his bed. Mrs. Lockhart however refuses his offer and kills her husband by hiding a bear in his oatmeal. Mrs. Lockhart was last seen with the bear at a motel. Mrs. Lockhart also made a brief appearance as a cameo in the Peter is Slow musical from episode Petarded.

- She has a Hammerspace ability to pull and store things (such as an entire classroom's worth of test papers) in the always-displayed cleavage of her huge breasts.
- When Mrs.Lockhart shows Chris his failed quiz, she says "What do you see here Chris?" (Mrs.lockhart showing her huge breasts in front of Chris's face) Chris says "Two D's and an F" Implying she has DD cup size breasts.
- When Peter and Lois go to discuss Chris's behaviour towards Mrs.Lockhart, Mrs.lockhart says "I had a feeling that's what was going on" then Peter says "Sorry our son sometimes can be a boob, I mean melon, I mean a sopping wet pair of breasts barely covered by a racing T-shirt" Lois says "Peter!", Then when they leave Peter comes back and says "Gosh, I don't mean to impose, but do you have a picture of yourself that I can tape to the back to Lois's head"

Her estimated height is 5'9"(69 inches), She appears very young(age 23-28) She has shoulder length blond hair,Caucasian skin, she has very huge breasts, and a nice round butt. Mrs.Lockhart wears a characteristic racing collard t-shirt (Purple and Red) where the red shows her stomach (The shirt reveals a huge amount of cleavage) and she wears a short, tight Mini-skirt(Blueish and black)(Normally this would be considered highly sexual thing to wear and schools probably wouldn't allow it)

Mrs.Lockheart is a parody of Pamela Smart, a woman who is currently serving a life sentence for conspiring with her 15 year old lover to kill her husband, the same thing that Mrs.Lockheart asked Chris to do.
