Nicole is the wife of Ernie The Giant Chicken. She appeared in "No Chris Left Behind" when she and her husband took Peter Griffin out to dinner after Ernie and Peter fight, as a way to make up for it. She influenced Peter's meal decision, which Peter ends up not regretting. She tries to stop the fight before it happens, but her pleas were useless and the fight broke out again.

While Stewie notes that Ernie has a kid in his preschool in "Yug Ylimaf", there is no mention of Nicole.

She is voiced by Alex Borstein.
