Nicole is the wife of Ernie the Giant Chicken. She appeared once when she and her husband took Peter out to dinner. She has white feathers. It is unknown how she reacted to Peter nearly killing her husband, although it is implied that if Ernie was forgiving to Peter, so is she. It is possible that she may develop a similar rivalry with his wife, Lois. It is also unknown if Nicole was only a one-time character or if she will be appearing again in future episodes.
