Ollie Williams is the weatherman with the BlaccuWeather forecast (parody of AccuWeather) and the sports correspondant for Channel 5 Action News. His appearances are brief as each appearance on screen lasts for perhaps one second, and features a short phrase that is yelled very quickly. The only time he doesn't yell is when he is on pot in 420, where he talks normally. He looks very similar to, and is perhaps a parody of, Al Roker. Like fellow Quahog Channel 5 News member Asian Reporter Tricia Takanawa, he is a parody of racial tokenism within television news.
Tom: "In local news, we have more on the approach of Hurricane Rupaul as it makes his or her way up the coast. Let's go live to Ollie Williams with the BlaccuWeather report. Ollie?"
Ollie: "IT'S RAININ' SIDEWAYS."
Tom: "Sounds rough Ollie, Do you have an umbrella?"
Ollie: "HAD ONE!"
Tom: "Where is it?"
Ollie: "INSIDE OUT TWO MILES AWAY!"
Tom: "Is there anything we can do for you?"
Ollie: "BRING ME SOME SOUP!"
Tom: "What kind?"
Ollie: "CHUNKY!"
Tom: "All right, we'll get on that."
Tom: "Welcome to Channel 5 news. Now let's go to Ollie Williams cooking corner. what are you cooking Ollie?"
Ollie: "EGGO!"
Tom: "Thanks Ollie"
Tom: "I can't figure out how to check my email from home"
Ollie: "DID YOU CHECK YOUR TCP/IP SETTINGS?"
Tom: "Yes, I did Ollie"
Ollie: "ENABLE COOKIES?"
Tom: "Yes, Ollie"
Ollie: "YOU WANT THIS DOG?!"
Tom: "No, thank you, Ollie."
Tom: "Good evening, I'm Tom Tucker with Channel 5 news. We now go live to Ollie Williams recapping the events of the last episode of Family Guy. What happened last time, Ollie?"
Ollie: "STEWIE KILLED LOIS!"
Tom: "Then what?"
Ollie: "PETER GOT BLAMED!"
Tom: "Then what?"
Ollie: "PETER WENT TO COURT!"
Tom: "Then what?"
Ollie: "LOIS CAME BACK!"
Tom: "How?"
Ollie: "WASN'T REALLY DEAD!"
