Opie is an odd man who works at the Pawtucket Patriot Beer Company. He likes to bite fingers and gets a promotion over Peter. He has also been seen to place a pencil in his ear and proceed to pound his head against his desk, driving the pencil into his brain. He appears as a Sandperson in Blue Harvest. He is most likely mentally retarded in some way (which makes his supervision and later promotion over Peter all the more all the more infuriating to Peter. According to his supervisor Angela he is also a ward of the state but despite that is still considered to be a better employee than Peter.
