Phoebe was one of the coolest kids in Peter's school but when Peter tried to ask her to a school dance he had a twitch and slammed her into the lockers. When Peter returns to James Woods High in Let's Go to the Hop to stop the kids from doing a new drug, he becomes popular and transfers his feelings for Phoebe onto Connie DiMico, shunning Meg in the process.
