Pinocchio

Pinocchio is a wooden puppet that originates from the classic Carlo Collodi novel The Adventures of Pinocchio, but the most famous portrayal of the character is in the 1940 American animated feature under the name Pinocchio produced by Walt Disney. The character originated from the story Pinocchio: Tale of a Puppet. It was made after the success of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and was released to theaters by RKO Radio Pictures on February 7, 1940.

In "Love, Blactually", Brian tries to get Cleveland and Loretta back together so he can get Carolyn back. He tells Loretta that she is beautiful and because he is lying his nose gets longer just like Pinocchio's.
