• The music that Quagmire plays to seduce Candy is the same music he plays to seduce Lois in "I Am Peter, Hear Me Roar". He even does the same head bob movements.
• Before the Peter's Palestinian alarm clock exploded, it said "Allahu Akbar!" which translates to "Allah is the greatest" or "God is the greatest".
• When Bitch Stewie shakes hands with Brian, Brian points out that Bitch Stewie has quite a grip.
• It is revealed that Lois was nearly killed via splitting in half giving birth to Chris. She had to be completely rearranged inside and she will be lucky to reach 50 thus ruining Stewie's time bomb plot.
• Anna Lee's new parents can be seen in the adoption agency as Quagmire is entering.
• Another hint of Stewie's possible homosexuality is in this episode. He says that if Brian wants a clone of himself, he have to caress his tail with his fingers. Brian asks if it is something sexual, but Stewie answers with that it is not.
• Peter finds the Wicked Witch of the West's broomstick from the 1939 movie The Wizard of Oz in his basement. He flies on it and skywrites "Retire Cher" to the Witch's musical theme from the film.
• Fred Flintstone was caught drunk driving on World's Wildest Police Chases.
