Quahog 5 News is the local TV news in Quahog. They also broadcast to Boston.

Tom Tucker and Diane Simmons are co-anchors. Other staff include Asian reporter Tricia Takanawa, Hispanic reporter Maria Jimenez, and weatherman Ollie Williams.

In the episode "The Kiss Seen Around the World", Meg Griffin and Neil Goldman both got internships there.

In the episode "One if by Clam, Two if by Sea", Williams was temporarily replaced by Greg the Weather Mime.

Quahog 5 News, otherwise known as "Channel Five Action News" plays a big part in the show. It is probably seen in most, if not all of the episodes, especially the recent ones.

Quahog 5's call letters are "WQHG." Their broadcast area covers Providence, Quahog, and Boston. They also have a sister radio station, 97.1, also WQHG. Their most famous group is "Weenie and the Butt." They also have featured, for one episode, "Dingo and the Baby" and "Dark Chocolate and the Rod" featuring Cleveland Brown and Glenn Quagmire.
