The Quahog University Library is where Brian takes Stewie along under the pretense of expanding his knowledge in "The D in Apartment 23", but actually attempts to pick up girls. After he strikes out six times, they depart and happen on a protest to fire various staff members for perceived transgressions. Brian decides to tweet to join in, but finds that everyone has departed when he does.
