Robert "Rocky" Balboa, Sr. is a fictional southpaw boxer and protagonist portrayed by Sylvester Stallone who has appeared in the Rocky series from 1976 to 2006. During the series, he wins the Heavyweight Championship of the World twice. He remains one of the cinema's most beloved movie characters. His record is 57 wins (51 KO), 23 losses and 1 draw.

In "Petergeist", the semi-fictional film Rocky VI is shown at Joe Swanson's house. Rocky decides to challenge a Martian to a boxing match on Mars, to his wife Adrian's disapproval, parodying the series and its numerous sequels. At this point Rocky Balboa, the actual sixth installment, had not been released yet.

He and brother-in-law Paulie are seen in "No Chris Left Behind". Rocky is admonished by Chris Griffin for beating up the meat, so he then points out that Paulie is sleeping with a slab.
