"Spirit of Massachusetts" is a song sung by Peter Griffin, and then by his wife Lois, dog Brian, and Massachusetts natives and tourists in "Play It Again, Brian".
It is first sung by Peter alone when he goes to various attractions while traveling around Massachusetts. A reprisal is performed by Peter, Lois, Brian, and a crowd of people from or visiting Massachusetts. The sequence parodied the famous "Spirit of Massachusetts" ad campaign from the 1980s.
