Steve Bellows is Quahog's most vicious serial killer. He once shot a man to death just for snoring. He was put away by the police and has sworn revenge. By the time he appeared, Joe Swanson was the only remaining cop. He planned to kill Joe, his friends Peter Griffin, Glenn Quagmire, and Cleveland Brown, who were incarcerated with him at the time, at midnight on a Saturday. Thankfully, the men are rescued moments before Bellows arrives to kill them. Upon entering the empty jail cell, Bellows stabs himself in the arm with a knife out of curiosity. Finding out that it hurts to be stabbed, he decides that he deserves to be in prison. He was voiced by Ed Asner, and appeared in "One if by Clam, Two if by Sea".
