The fourth and unwanted member of Carter Pewterschmidt's poker group, Ted Turner is the owner or head of the Atlanta Braves, CNN, TBS, AOL Time Warner, and many many other things. He colorized the moon and impregnated Seabreeze. During the episode Peterotica, Barbara leaves Carter and marries Ted instead, he was always pointing out the obvious, like for example when Peter says an ace can go both ways and everyone laughs and he says "like a bisexual" and Michael Eisner says in an angry tone "Yes, Ted! That was the joke".
He makes another appearance in Peterotica, when Babs leaves Carter for Ted after he loses all his assets, seen insisting that Ernie doesn't like the other monsters on Sesame Street. At the end of the episode he is seperated from Babs, allowing her to take half his fortune and shares in CNN and TNT.
