The Black Knight appears in the "Mr. Saturday Knight" episode. In this episode, Peter's boss, Mr. Weed, chokes to death on a dinner roll while dining at Peter's house. Suddenly out of a job, Peter decides to fulfill his childhood dream of becoming a knight and gets a job as a jouster at the Quahog Renaissance Fair. When the Black Knight catches his wench and Peter in a seemingly-provocative situation, he challenges Peter to a duel.
The Black Knight is the lead jouster at the Quahog Renaissance Fair. He is romantically linked to Maid Madeline (a.k.a. his 'wench') who also works at the Fair. The Black Knight also drives a Yellow Hyundai.
He also appeared in "Death Has a Shadow". He wasn't able to get past the Griffin moat.
[edit] History with Peter
While apparently experiencing an acid trip during his teenage days, Peter found himself at the top of a fake castle at the Renaissance Fair. After proclaiming that he could fly, Peter jumped off the castle, thankfully being rescued by the Black Knight. This is why Peter aspired to be a knight.
