Toward the end of the episode, Peter and Stewie are supposed to be leaving Disney World, but they are heading toward the center of the Magic Kingdom, not the exit.
When Peter and Stewie go to Disney World, before the Disney Stock slide ride, you can see Monstro the Whale from the Disney movie Pinocchio. Monstro the Whale is from an attraction at Disney Land called Storybookland. A ride where you go through the Whale's mouth and you come out into a land of all sorts of different Disney villages, most of them from actual Disney movies. The ride does not exist at Disney World
