On the 59th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, Stewie and Brian sang a song called "You can find it on TV" which used the same tune as this one.

The tune comes from a song called "Volunteer Firemen Picnic," which comes from a broadway musical called Take Me Along with Jackie Gleason.
