  • Lois reveals that Brian's birthday has passed since "The Former Life of Brian", and Brian is now 8 years old.
  • Buzz Killington appears for the third time, this time interacting with Stewie instead of Peter. He also appeared in the episodes, "Believe It or Not, Joe's Walking on Air and "Whistle While Your Wife Works".

  • Carol Alt currently does not have a husband. Her boyfriend, hockey player Alexei Yashin, is 13 years younger than she is, so even when exaggerated, the man should not sound as old as she.
  • At the beginning of the episode, Peter, Quagmire, Joe, Cleveland, and Brian are watching Jackass. Peter then decides he is going to attempt what they do on the show, totally disregarding the skull and crossbone disclaimer, as mentioned by Cleveland.
  • In the uncensored version of Quagmires "Bee Bush" stunt, you can see the outline of his penis covered with honey and bees. The censored version simply shows a mass of bees.
