The old Domino's mascot who always tries to destroy Mayor Adam West's pizza. Adam catches him, snaps his neck, and kills him.

In his only appearance Mayor Adam West told Meg to "watch out for The Noid", because he was trying to ruin his pizza's freshness. When The Noid later appeared, West killed him in a graphic fight sequence, took a bite of his pizza, and remarked, "Perhaps it is The Noid who should have avoided me."
