The Phantom of the Opera is a musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber, based on the French novel Le Fantôme de l'Opéra by Gaston Leroux.
In "Deep Throats", Peter Griffin expresses reluctance to be around a stage when he has a flashback of the time that he and his wife Lois went to see the musical. The cutaway shows The Phantom singing a song that appears to be loosely based on "Music of the Night" to the lead female character Christine Daaé who becomes the object of the Phantom's desires, before Peter interrupts from the audience, expressing his impatience with not yet seeing the Phantom's disfigured face.
