This is a song and dance number from the 1945 movie "Anchors Aweigh!" starring Gene Kelly dancing with Jerry Mouse, and was featured in the episode Road to Rupert, with Stewie rotoscoped in Jerry's place. The reflection in the floor remains that of Jerry. A comparison can be found here.
