Tiny Tots Preschool is a daycare center set up in the home of Miss Emily that Stewie attends.
In "Be Careful What You Fish For", Stewie reports being able to hear other people showering in the home although no one else is seen and later, a complete stranger wanders in and simply picks up a child and leaves while leaving Stewie in charge with the keys. When he leaves the daycare covered in fingerpaints and reports neglect in the classroom, Brian offers to discuss matters with Miss Emily. But when Brian scores a date with Miss Emily, he resorts to running interference with Stewie to keep him from getting Miss Emily in trouble until Brian has a chance to have sex with her. But when Brian discovers she already has a boyfriend named Devin, he calls the police to have Emily arrested and Stewie gets to attend a new pre-school.
