Tony is an inmate at the Quahog, Rhode Island prison that the band Fat, Horny, Black and Joe, book a performance at in "Don't Make Me Over". After the debut performance of Meg and the Griffins, fellow inmate Jimmy Iovine, chairman of Interscope Records, uses his ass as the location of the contracts to which he signs his bands, using a shard of glass as a writing utensil. This leaves Tony in intense pain.
