if u didnt notice the episode joe was first introduced he had a barbeque and told his story about how he became disabled.it was that that he was stopping a grinch like thing from stealing presents from an orphanage when he slipped off the orphanage roof yet in another episode where peter is a small kid and he and quagmire try to impress louis into to liking them so they told her they would both sleep the night at a so called haunted mansion because cleveland and joe were both of their friends they all decided to stay the night.but if you notice joe is being pulled around in a wagon supposobly being disabled.so was joe lying at the barbeque or did the writers get it wrong.
