When the other men say they haven’t heard of the show, he storms out of the brewery, naked and very angry. The show ran on NBC from April 19, 1990 to May 14, 1997. Family Guy executive producer David A. Goodman had actually written two episodes of Wings with Rick Copp.
  • The security code Peter enters to get to his porn is 1 0 2 2 1 9 7 6, which happens to be the birth date of director Greg Colton. The person behind the desk who greets Peter is even named Greg.
  • The Lord of Darkness from the film Legend accidentally pokes out Quagmire and Cleveland’s eyes with his large horns.
  • Peter gets hurt twice in this episode. First, his foot gets swollen in the intro when he falls down the stairs. Next, his fingers get blown off by the fireworks.
  • Joe would strike down Debra Messing if he was God while Cleveland would strike down French Stewart.
  • Brian’s ring tone is "Axel F", the theme from Beverly Hills Cop, which was performed by Harold Faltermeyer.
